Founder
Andrew Dzurko
Mr. Dzurko is the president of Land Reclamation Group, LLC, a resources banking sponsor company licensed to operate in Pennsylvania. He manages the site investigations, development and implementation of all bank sites owned by LRG.
Mr. Dzurko is an environmental project manager with more than twenty years of experience conducting environmental studies for a variety of projects in the public and private sectors. His area of expertise lays in natural resources evaluations, having conducted Environmental Resources Assessments and Preliminary Area Reconnaissance for a number of projects in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Mr. Dzurko has also been involved in construction monitoring, design and permitting, preparing NEPA documents, conducting wetland studies, performing
threatened and endangered species surveys, and participating in public involvement activities.
Project Manager
Michael Barrick
Mr. Barrick is an environmental project manager with more than twenty years of experience conducting environmental studies for a variety of projects in the public and private sectors. His area of expertise lies in natural resources evaluations, having conducted Environmental Resources Assessments and Preliminary Area Reconnaissance for a number of projects in Pennsylvania. Mr. Barrick has been involved in project management and project coordination, construction monitoring, design and permitting, preparing NEPA documents, developing stream and wetland mitigation sites and assessing sites for various storm water management techniques.
Mr. Barrick has been a member of the board for the Jacobs Creek Watershed Association. Under his leadership, the JCWA has partnered with the Scottdale Borough and Mount Pleasant Borough to develop and implement green infrastructure in both Borough’s. Mr. Barrick has been instrumental in development in the coordination of the implementation of projects listed in the Watershed Implementation Plan.
